4. How many hours a day do you play RuneWorld

5. Have you ever been Banned, Muted, Or you account ever been Locked

*Give us your (in game Username) You have to give us that or we dont know who you are!

*Have you ever (Donated) to RuneWorld if so tell us your Paypal Addess! (This gives you a higher priority of getting staff!)

*If you have Donated tell us how much and what item it was for (This helps us figure out if you were the real Donator!)
If you lie about your Donation you will be Banned.
